This Vegetarian Pâté is a highly versatile spread and cooking ingredient. Serve with Cheese and Crackers or spread onto toasted rolls or crusty bread for a herby garlic bread. Mix the paste with some chopped tomatoes, onions and fresh basil as a bruschetta topping or pizza base mix. Or simply stir through warm pasta or cous cous.
